Dota
A high-altitude coffee-growing region in Costa Rica, recognized for its mountainous slopes, rich soils, and a microclimate ideal for the development of exceptional beans. Its cool days and cold nights allow the coffee to mature slowly, resulting in more defined flavor profiles, with balanced acidity and sweet, fruity notes that set the specialty coffees from this area apart.
Tarrazú
An emblematic coffee-growing region of Costa Rica, located at high altitudes with fertile volcanic soils and a cool climate that favors the development of exceptional-quality beans. The temperature variations between day and night allow for a longer fruit maturation, resulting in coffees with bright acidity, natural sweetness, and aromatic notes ranging from floral to fruity.

1429 Latitud CR is a coffee born from respect for the land, Costa Rica’s coffee-growing tradition, and the fair work of farming families. We harvest by hand, select each cherry individually, and roast in small batches to preserve the freshness and soul of every bean.
