The story behind the flavor

It’s not a random number. It’s the altitude in meters above sea level at which our coffee is grown, across several family-owned farms located in the Brumas del Zurquí, Tarrazú, and Dota regions. This elevation provides the ideal climate for the beans to mature slowly, developing unique flavor profiles: bright acidity, natural sweetness, and unmistakable floral and fruity notes.
Latitud
Represents our roots and our place in the world. We are located near the 10th parallel north, a privileged latitude that crosses some of the most renowned coffee-growing countries. But beyond geography, “latitud” also means openness, horizon, and direction—the path we follow toward quality, sustainability, and fair trade.

Each bean is born in Costa Rican soil, grown at high altitudes by families who honor the country’s coffee-growing tradition. Including “Costa Rica” is not a geographic label—it is a statement of identity, quality, and pride in origin.
